STRATEGI DINAS PENGENDALIAN PENDUDUK DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA DALAM MENGKAMPANYEKAN PENDEWASAAN USIA PERKAWINAN TERHADAP REMAJA PONOROGO 2017
Title of this thesis is Strategic of Agency Resident Control and Family planning to Campaign raising the age marriage to adolescence’s Ponorogo. This research aimed to know about strategic to campaign raising the age marriage and to know proponent and obstacle element it. This research used qualitative descriptive. Accumulation technique of data this research is in depth interview and used strategic analysisi SWOT / TOWS (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats). Informant in this research there are 15 persons 1 persons is leader of agency, 3 persons is organizer of adolescene program, 3 persons is investigator family planning, 2 adolescene obsever, 3 persons university student, 2 persons senior high school students, and 3 persons is young mother. Sampling in this research is purposive sampling. Result of this research is all kinds, first strategic of agency is make organization adolescene and parents have adolescene, consultancy service of prosperous family, talkshow in radio and used out room media such as billboard in the street, street banner, brochure and etc. For result of proponent elements is good available school in ponorogo make agency easy to give information about program, good technology it can supported to campaign in this program, obstacle element in this strategic of agency is society awareness about the important of this program is not enough, less ability of employee about this program and less budget to supported activity this program.
