EVALUASI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PADA BUMN MELALUI PROGRAM KEMITRAAN DAN BINA LINGKUNGAN PADA PT INDUSTRI KERETA API MADIUN

This research aims to determine the implementation of Partnership and Community Development Program on PT Industri Kereta Api Madiun start from planning to evaluation. This research using qualitative descriptive method by data collecting use documentation and interview with the key informans from PT INKA and community as recipient of PKBL PT INKA. The result of this research indicate that Partnership and Community Development Program on PT INKA has been trough all phases of planning, implementation and evaluation. PKBL PT INKA is known to have fulfilled 3 main aspects to maintain company sustainity, namely 3P (Profit, People and Planet) or Triple Bottom Line. Related constraints faced by PT INKA in the implementation of Partnership Program such as delayed instalment of partner debt, less of advertisement about program and lack of understanding about Partnership Program implementation’s system. Community Development Program, was found to have not fulfilled the entire form of distribution fund on Permen and  monitoring not spread yet. Apart from the constraints, implementation of Partnership and Community Development Program PT INKA got positive respons from the community.
