Optimalisasi Pelayanan Publik Berbasis Industri 4.0 Disdukcapil Kabupaten Way Kanan
The case study aims to identify and show that the program planning carried out by the Disdukcapil public relations in socializing population administration includes all stages in planning. In the implementation of communication, the socialization process of the population administration program is carried out systematically. From the results of the program evaluation, it was found that the community response was quite good as seen from the increase in the number of people who recorded their e-KTPs in each sub-district. In the world of communication, cyber has emerged, opening a new era, namely the 4.0 era in the life of modern society. This communication technology certainly contributes to the development of various fields. Public Relations of Way Kanan District Disdukcapil utilizes online media as a medium that provides various information related to public services, namely population administration, civil registration, profiles, policies or the development of organizational activities. The Way Kanan dukcapil office made a breakthrough through cooperation with the post office. Where are the results of the community who carried out .. the process of making documents via WhatsApp, after completion, they would be sent to their respective sub-districts so that the community was not too far away to pick up at the offices in the district center.
