Inovasi Pelayanan Publik CHIKA, VIKA, Pandawa Pada BPJS Kesehatan Era Pandemi Covid-19

BPJS Kesehatan creates a new innovation in providing services to the community in the Covid-19 pandemic era, this is an effort to participate in government policies to reduce the intensity of direct or face-to-face services to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This research was conducted with the aim of being a means of publication to the public in overcoming the problems it faces regarding the lack of understanding of the technicality of BPJS Health services during the pandemic through CHIKA, VIKA and Pandawa digital services due to lack of information access. By using qualitative methods both with primary data and secondary data. Primary data by conducting surveys, observations, experiments as well as personal interviews and other media are used to obtain data, while secondary data comes from journals and articles related to research. The results showed that the level of public knowledge in using and responding to renewal of digital-based services by BPJS Kesehatan through the Chika, Vika and Pandawa programs is still very minimal, due to lack of technical information regarding its use by BPJS Kesehatan and inadequate community human resources.
