Kerjasama Pemerintah dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Publik di Tengah Pandemi melalui Aplikasi SiBansos

Abstract

The  problems of public services and the distribution of social assistance that are still not fully understood, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, has prompted the government to immediately provide solutions. The solution is carried out by implementing an Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) as carried out by the Malang City Government in overcoming problems related to the distribution of social assistance which is still not optimal by collaborating with several agencies and launching the SiBansos application. The application was made with the aim of ensuring that the distribution or distribution of Social Assistance in Malang is right on target. This research was conducted with a literary study method where the researcher obtained reference material from Google Scholar with the keywords "Electronic-Based Public Services" and "The Application of Social Assistance". The results of the research show that the SiBansos application can solve problems related to the distribution of social assistance which have not been optimal.
