Transformasi Pelayanan Publik di Era New Normal
Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has not subsided until now. The number of positive victims continues to grow despite the many policies issued by the government. This policy is a step and strategy taken by the government in dealing with Covid-19 and this policy has never been issued before. Even so, one of the steps taken by the government is the New Normal or New Lifestyle. The policies in the New Normal era also affected several bureaucratic activities, such as in the public service sector. Where public services must be done online so that the transformation of public services also increases due to the use of technology that can help ASNs in serving the community. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative where the researcher explains the current condition and situation from existing sources. The data collection technique uses literature study which collects data from various literatures, articles and news reports. The results and discussion of this research is where public services will continue to run well, effectively and efficiently by utilizing technological sophistication, if they have to come directly to the service, they must maintain health protocols.
