Kebijakan Kaderisasi Kepala Sekolah di Majelis Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah (DIKDASMEN)

Abstract


This research aims to describe the concept, implementation and impact of implementing the school principal cadre formation policy at the PDM Ponorogo Primary and Secondary Education Council. This type of research is qualitative research with a natural approach. The subject of this research is the Management of the Basic Education Council. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, direct observation of the research object, as well as documentation related to the research. Data analysis techniques are carried out by grouping data, creating sequences and conclusions. The result of this research is that the policy concept of the Basic Education Council is carried out by continuing to revise and develop the concept of school principal cadre formation so that it is in line with the needs and developments of the times and development is carried out to improve quality. Implementation of the Basic Education Council Policy is carried out with careful planning before implementing the policy. The policies carried out by the Basic Education Council are carried out with a top-down approach. The impact of the success of the cadre formation program can be measured in terms of quantity and quality. Coordination and implementation of provisions is expected to produce competent cadres. The suggestion from this research is that PDM is the main person responsible for determining education and cadre policy, to pay more attention to cadres, so that they can become successors to school principal cadres with good moral character.
