Inovasi Pak Tuwa (Tutul Whatsapp) dalam pelayanan administrais kependudukan
The implementation of effective and efficient public services is a hope that must be realized. This is done to create a good governance (good governance). These expectations are in line with developments in the field of technology and information. This was followed by the issuance of Presidential Instruction Number 3 of 2005 regarding the implementation of e-government. Magetan Regency in realizing the implementation of e-government by making an innovation in population administration public services through Pak Tuwa (Tutul WA). The purpose of this research is to find out how the innovation of Pak Tuwa (Tutul WA) published by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Magetan Regency. In addition, this research also wants to know the supporting and inhibiting factors of Mr. Tuwa's (Tutul WA) innovation. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the innovation of Pak Tuwa (Tutul WA) in the Magetan District Civil Service Office can provide more effective and efficient public services. This can be seen from the success of the five innovation indicators, namely: (1) Relative advantage, (2) Compability, (3) Complexity, (4) Triability, and (5) Observability. In addition, for the supporting factors of the implementation of Pak Tuwa (Tutul WA) 's innovation, namely the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and finance. As for the inhibiting factors, namely the low level of awareness and the large number of brokers.
