Perencanaan Desa berbasis Potensi dan Ancaman sebuah kajian kewilayahan

Abstract

Potential and threat-based regional planning is an important approach in developing Selur Village, which is located in Ngrayun District, Ponorogo Regency. Selur Village has uniqueness and potential that can be utilized to strengthen the growth and progress of the region. However, on the other hand, there are also threats and challenges that must be overcome so that development can run smoothly and sustainably. Selur Village has the potential for abundant natural resources, such as fertile agricultural land, plantations, forests, as well as cultural and tourism wealth. This potential can be an important foundation in developing the local economy and improving the welfare of the people of Selur Village. In addition, Selur Village is also rich in cultural values, traditions, and local heritage that can be an attraction for tourists. this research is descriptive qualitative type using primary and secondary data. Potential and threat-based regional planning can be carried out in Selur Village, Ngerayun District, Ponorogo Regency, so that it can be used as an alternative in solving the problems faced, so as to improve the welfare of the community and minimize the negative impacts that arise.
