Pemanfaatan akun Instagram @ladys.id sebagai media pemasaran online

The tittle of this research is using the social media Instagram as marketing communication media at ladys.id Ponorogo. In this research aims to find out how the use of Instagram as an online marketing media communication at ladys.id Ponorogo. In this research, using the promotion mix theory and marketing mix communication mix by descriptive qualitative methods, where the data is obtained from observations, interview, and documentation. The key informants of this research is from owners of ladys.id Aprin Wirastanti and the employees of ladys.id. The result of this research is the reason of choice Instagram as marketing communication media at ladys.id Ponorogo caused Instagram has the large users than othe social media, and the majority of Instagram user are young women who are vthe ladys.id taget market. And in the their marketing communication of the products, ladys.id use the Instagrams features such as, InstaStory, Story Highlight and upload photo and video. And using Instagram as communication marketing media is considered effective compared to other social media ats ladys.id Ponorogo.
