Analisis Program Rehabilitasi Rumah Tidak Layak Huni

This research departs from the problem; "How is the Implementation of the Uninhabitable House Rehabilitation Program (R-RTLH) for Low-Income Communities (MBR) in Sidoharjo Village, Jambon District, Ponorogo Regency?" This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting data, interviews and documentation methods were used. The results are as follows; standard and policy targets are in accordance with the provisions in the program implementation procedures, policy performance has been optimal and is running well in accordance with established implementation procedures, as the target of the policy for the rehabilitation of uninhabitable houses, Human Resources (HR) in the R-RTLH program is running effectively, the source of funds comes from the Ponorogoo Regency Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) with the work pattern of self-management, the program implementation has been running optimally although there are still obstacles in the delivery of implementation procedures and lack of public knowledge regarding the implementation of the program. the program, characteristics of the implementing agency or agency are well implemented. Conditions that influence and are influenced by policy are social, economic and health conditions, the community supports and the attitude of the implementers of the R-RTLH program in Sidoharjo Village has been running effectively and optimally in achieving policy targets.
