Evaluasi Kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah Ponorogo Tentang Minuman Beralkohol

The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the phenomenon of the circulation of alcoholic beverages and Jowo wine and the Ponorogo Regional Government Policy on Control and Supervision of the Circulation of Alcoholic Drinks and Jowo Arak (Study on the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2020?" This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting data Interview and documentation methods were used. The informants in this study were 9 people, consisting of; 2 members of the Integrated Team from Satpol PP, 2 members of the Integrated Team from the Police and 5 sellers of alcoholic beverages/jowo wine. Based on field findings it was concluded that the circulation of alcoholic beverages and Jowo Arak in Ponorogo Regency generally do not have a license. These places selling alcoholic beverages and Jowo wine are still trading alcoholic beverages and Jowo wine to consumers under the age of 21. To prevent the proliferation of alcoholic beverages and illegal Jowo arak yes circulating in the Ponorogo district, the Ponorogo Regional Government formed an integrated team. Regarding controlling the circulation of alcoholic beverages and Jowo wine, the Regent may order the head of the Office/Agency to revoke the business license for selling alcoholic beverages and SIUP MB or reduce the number of alcoholic beverages and Jowo wine that are permitted to be circulated.
