Branding Kopi di Kota Enrekang
This article is to determine the Government's (Industry and Trade Office) strategy in branding coffee in Enrekang Regency with the type of qualitative research and the type of descriptive research. With the number of research informants is 8 people with data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation then analyzed and draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Government Strategy (Department of Industry and Trade) in Coffee Branding in Enrekang Regency has been implemented by the Industry Service in accordance with the termination stage by means of the IKM owner registering their coffee brand at the Industry Service on condition that it provides a geographical indication of KOPI ARABIKA KALOSI ENREKANG then with the implementation stage the government provides guidance to IKM-IKM, holds exhibitions and facilitates IKM Coffee owners in get a halal certificate so that coffee brands in Enrekang Regency can compete with other coffees in the national and international markets. But there is a need for cooperation not only the Government and IKM-IKM but coffee farmers also have to understand the importance of ingnya branding coffee
