Inovasi Pelayanan Publik melalui Aplikasi E-SIAP Online di Kabupaten Blitar

The presence of the Electronic Innovation Online Registration Application System (E-SIAP Online) is an innovation in the management of population administration which can be done via a smartphone or online in the form of population documents, including National Identity Card (e-KTP), Family Card (KK), Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Child Identity Card (KIA) as well as moving in and out letters. With the launch of the E-SIAP Online innovation, it is hoped that it can reduce the number of public queues in the management of population administration at the Blitar Regency Civil Service Office. This important role in E-SIAP can be useful to encourage the government to provide community services more quickly and efficiently. This study develops research from I Made Winartha (2006: 155) in his research to describe the qualitative descriptive analysis method which is to analyze, describe, and summarize various conditions, situations from various data collected in the form of interviews or observations about the problems under study that occur in the field. The purpose of this research is to be able to optimize public services by being able to become a bright spot in the implementation of e-Government in the context of realizing a smart city. Based on the results of this study, it is in accordance with the objectives of public service innovation, namely capacity building, education and development in order to provide inspiration, ideas, and innovative breakthroughs for public services, thereby accelerating the realization of improving the quality of public services.
