Penerapan E-Government Melalui Sistem E-Tilang Pada Satuan Polisi Lalu Lintas (Satlantas) Polrestabes Makassar
This study aims to ensure the application of e-government through the e-tilang system at the Makassar Police Traffic Police Unit and its application. Using this type of qualitative descriptive research and case study research. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The data techniques used were interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal. The data validation techniques were source triangulation, technique triangulation and time triangulation. Based on the research results it is known that the application of e-government through the e-ticket system at the Makassar Police Traffic Police has been effective, it can be seen through the aspects of the functions that are already running by simplifying the ticketing process, minimizing the use of personnel, minimizing extortion behavior. The realized aspects of the plan include the procurement of facilities and infrastructure, conducting outreach, cooperating with various related agencies. Aspects of the provisions that have been complied with include improvements to traffic facilities and infrastructure prior to the implementation of the e-tilang system, traffic processing for 24 hours every day, taking action against offenders without selective logging, payment of ticket fines at the bank, paying ticket fines on time. Aspects of goals that have been achieved are improving the quality of service and discipline of traffic on the road that has been provided by CCTV cameras. Obstacles in its application are limited recording devices, socialization is not optimal, and servers.
