Collaborative Governance Dalam Pengembangan Pariwisata Masa Pandemi Covid 19 di Ponorogo

The tourism industry has an important role in terms of national development. In addition, tourism also has an influence on Regional Original Revenue (PAD) for Local Governments. Ponorogo Regency is one of the areas in East Java which has a variety of tourist attractions. One of the leading tourist objects is Ngebel Lake. Telaga Ngebel has potential that needs to be developed. Therefore, a strategy is needed to develop Ngebel Lake in order to develop and increase interest in visiting. The COVID-19 pandemic is a cause of stability in the tourism sector because all tourism activities follow the Government's Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy with the aim of encouraging the spread of the pandemic. The role of governance is a variable or dynamic in society, providing good information to the community, bridging the community and the government, and being able to harmonize problems in society with public relations information well. This study aims to see the role of governance in the development of tourism during the COVID-19 pandemic in Ngebel Ponorgo Lake. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with field studies. The results show that governance in policies to overcome and develop Ngebel Ponorogo Lake has been carried out by providing information about health protocols in tourism activities in Ngebel Ponorogo Lake. In addition, the government has mapped the socio-ecological relationship in the Ngebel Ponorogo Lake area and opened tourist attractions in a new normal era.
