New Public Service Dalam Moda Transportasi Publik Di Indonesia Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Covid-19 has hit the average of all sectors, including the transportation sector. Since the beginning of the entry of this virus, the government has been deemed less responsive and slow in making policies, resulting in a very rapid spread or it can be said that the government has failed to deal with this pandemic. As in the transportation sector, various modes of transportation experienced a significant decline due to the social distancing and social distancing policies, as well as the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policies. Another problem that occurs is the reduction in passengers. The data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive and qualitative methods by utilizing data collection methods through various sources such as journals, books, and articles. All of the major problems in this mode of transportation resulted in a very large reduction in passengers, resulting in a decrease in income of up to 50%. The decline occurred in all modes of air, sea and land transportation. As in air transportation, domestic and international aircraft flights have experienced a drastic decline starting in May 2020. Rail, MRT, and ship transportation have also experienced a significant decline since May 2020 and are still continuing today.
