Inovasi Pelayanan Online Dukcapil Ponorogo Untuk Menghindari Kerumunan Massa Pandemi

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on changing work patterns and procedures in various fields around the world, one of which is the field of population administration. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has discouraged people in Indonesia from using public services directly, this has made the government inevitably have to innovate to make services online so that they can be accessed by the public to avoid crowds. The use of online public services is expected to be able to prevent crowds. The Ministry of Home Affairs agency has issued letter No. 443.1 / 2978 / Dukcapil dated March 16, 2020, regarding Population Administration Services and Corona Virus Prevention (Covid-19) to the Department of Population and Civil Registry (Dukcapil) in provinces, districts / cities, in order to provide population administration services efficiently and effectively. This study aims to determine the use of an online application system via the web or whatsapp to reduce the potential crowd of transmission and spread of the corona virus. This research method uses library research on relevant references, documents and data. Accidental sampling technique was used to take samples from dukcapil. Furthermore, analyzing the data using a qualitative descriptive method that is describing, analyzing the data that has been researched. In this study, it describes a situation in a pandemic era regarding an innovation carried out by population administration services so that it can run as usual and avoid crowds.
