Penerapan Teknologi Dan Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
This covid-19 virus started in the city of Wuhan, to be precise in China, this pandemic appeared in early 2020 in Indonesia, since the Covid 19 pandemic, many habits of society have changed, this outbreak is a new epidemic that has spread throughout the country, this virus is not only It is detrimental to the health side alone, but investment and other community activities are also disturbed. President Joko Widodo continues to implement health protection by continuing to apply health protocols and maintaining distance. Prevention by government agencies through the implementation of technology-based public services or digital transformation, so that not a few public service providers continue to carry out various innovations in their services. For example, BPJS Kesehatan, which previously implemented online services, namely H. Mobile JKN Development Services. With the names CHIKA and Pandawa Digital technology is used to collect and improve work, learning and health strategies. During the COVID-19 pandemic, technology plays an important role in keeping communities active during major social obstacles. The purpose of this research is to find out how the public uses information and communication technology as a means to continue activities that cannot be done face-to-face, and the technology used for medical activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 95 of 2018 Regarding the Electronic Government System (SPBE), SPBE is required to realize clean, effective, transparent, responsible, quality and reliable governance. Prevention by government agencies is through the implementation of technology-based public services or digital transformation, so that many public service providers subsequently carry out various service innovations.
