Transformasi Pelayanan Publik melalui Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik di Kota Malang
An electronic-based government system is a transformation process of implementing public services, both internally and externally technical operational information and communication technology to improve quality of public services. It’s also been explained that, Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 concerning the Electronic Based Government System regulates the National SPBE Master Plan and integration of electronic services. Public services have carried out through process of direct interaction, with the presence of increasingly sophisticated information and communication technologies, make easier to provide services digital devices. The purpose of study is determine how effective and efficient the implementation of models related to "Transformation of Public Services through Electronic-Based Government Systems in Malang City" the aim of this research. However, the implementation of public services through use of information and communication technology is still not effective and efficient the implementation mechanism and this impact on the implementation process for community later. This is because many government agencies admit that some service cannot access digital devices, because of their limited infrastructure and ability to use. To determine the size in the process of "Transforming Public Services through Electronic-Based Government System in Malang City" theoretical concepts to solve various problems. The research method used is the literature study method, where the sources and data come from journals, books, and other written sources. The results of research "Transformation of Public Services through Electronic Based Government System in Malang City" can vertical and horizontal integration models to improve public services from "Old Public Administration" to "New Public Service".
