Pelayanan Publik Bidang Administrasi Kependudukan Di Era Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus Di Kelurahan Jember Lor Kecamatan Patrang Kabupaten Jember)
This study aims to find out how public services in the population administration sector during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative research methods. The data source was obtained from Jember Lor Village. Collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis used descriptive qualitative and used purposive sampling technique.
Jember Lor Village in exercising its authority is based on the Jember Regent Regulation Number 62 of 2016 concerning the Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions as well as the Work Procedure for the Jember District Village Especially in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic which requires being able to adapt quickly as an effort to realize effective and efficient public services. The results showed that Jember Lor Village had implemented service standards in accordance with the applicable laws and implemented population administration service standards by implementing health protocols. Efforts are being made to implement online services, fulfill health protocol facilities and infrastructure, provide continuous online service information facilities and place service personnel according to their competencies. The results of this study also reveal that not all people understand how online administration services are.
