Abstract

E-Government-based services by providing more complete information and services and making it easier for the public to take care of permits starting from the applicant stage to the document issuance stage, through Online Single Submission (OSS)The results of the study are 1) In terms of transparency, information technology has not been able to help people who will see the progress of licensing. The information provided through OSS, namely online licensing that can be accessed by the public, still has many errors. Information disclosure cannot be accessed by the public because most people are not aware of the online licensing being carried out at DPMPTSP in Baubau City. 2) The participation that is expected to occur with the use of information technology has alsonot occurred. Currently DPMPTSP licensing officers in the City of Baubau have not been able to fully utilize OSS. Currently, the community only participates in providing suggestions and complaints which have not been done much. Many suggestions and complaints were received directly by DPMPTSP Kota Baubau. 3) The application of information technology has not resulted in an efficient service. Currently, efficiency only occurs when the community will take the HO certificate faster
