Abstrak

Coronavirus is a virus that has caught the attention of many people in various parts of the world. The service process is the duty of government officials in serving the existing community, in making e-KTPs where the government must have good planning so that later all activities can run well, regularly, and can create an activity that is effective and efficient. Picking up the ball is an acceleration strategy for E-KTP recording by directly visiting residents' residences and explaining the importance of having a population number, and bringing the same complete equipment as when recording in the sub-district. The service for the E-KTP recording program through this pick-up service was enthusiastically welcomed by the community even though it is still not evenly distributed in terms of services. The purpose of this research is to break the chain of spread of the Corona Covid-19 virus, to facilitate the community and make it more effective in managing e-KTP and other documents and to improve services in the service administration sector without going through crowds. The data collection technique in this study is to use the Library Research method. The results of this study are that the current pick-up service is rather extraordinary compared to before the Coronavirus. All officers are equipped with straightforward individual defense equipment (PPE). Starting from body armor, veils, gloves, to face shields. This sap activity is to smooth the steps of recording information in the city so that individuals do not need to queue or groups to take care of e-KTP
