Pelayanan Publik Penyelenggara Pelatihan Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Changing the nomenclature of the Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan Ciloto (BBPK) Ciloto in early 2020,causing a dry workload to be carried out likewise,when the Covid-19 pandemic appeared,BBPk Ciloto had to adapt to the New Normal ,order where BBPK Cilotocuold provide the best service By  adhering to existing health protocol,the approach used is qualitative,data collection techniqueby interview,observation and accumulation using source triangulation .The results of the research show that Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan Ciloto has implemented service standard using health protocol.Distance learning with the learning method participantcan acces the type of training with the Ciloto Learning Center (CLC) application,provide information about training calendar schedule of service facilities and infrastructure according to protocol and assign officers accoding the competence that is owned.The result of this research keep revealing to reveal the limitation of the uneven internet network.
