Abstrak

One type of public service is health service. However, health services cannot be properly accessed by the community such as complicated procedures, slow patient handling, less time efficiency and less friendly treatment. The presence of a new public service is a paradigm that promotes quality service. Thus, service providers must change their focus to the public interest. Considering the importance of quality public services effectively and efficiently, Telemedicine is designed as a technology-based health service innovation. As is the case at Panti Nirmala Hospital Malang, which has implemented Telemedicine as a health service based on electronic communication technology. This is also useful for reducing community activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data used in this study came from interviews, document studies, and literature studies. The result of this research is that the telemedicine innovation at Panti Nirmala Hospital Malang is the use of technology that makes it easier for medical personnel to serve health faster without risking the spread of Covid-19.
