Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dalam Pengelolaan BUMDes Kibang Mulya Jaya
Abstrak
BUMDes Kibang Mulya Jaya has good goals even the implementation process still look bad, can be seen from transparency, therefore the researcher chose this location as a research location. The purpose of this study is to analyze application of principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) in Kibang Mulya Jaya community and to determine supporting and inhibiting factors in application of GCG principles in management of BUMDes in Kibang Village Mulya Jaya, Lambu Kibang, West Tulang Bawang. Type of research method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Sources of research data obtained by using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of study show that application of GCG principles in management of BUMDes Kibang Mulya Jaya is imperfect, as in implementation of transparent and sustainable principles. Meanwhile, several GCG principles in management of BUMDes are good, such as cooperative, participatory and emancipatory principles. Factors supporting implementation of BUMDes management principles are government's commitment to allocating budget for BUMDes and also availability of potential natural resources in the form of supportive geographical conditions. While inhibiting factors are that the budget from village government is still lacking and also human resources in Kibang Mulya Jaya have bad quality in terms of education. This research has policy implications for the need for obligation to facilitate information that can be accessed by public and complaint procedures if information doesn’t reach public, as well as the need for third party involvement in helping BUMDes money problems.
