Penerapan Smart Governance di Desa guna mewujudkan Smart Village

Abstrak

This research aims to find out how smart governance is implemented in the context of smart villages in Pekon Sukanegeri Jaya and the factors that influence the implementation of smart governance. The research method is carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach based on the concept of smart governance according to Cohen which  includes 3 dimensions, namely Enabling Supply & Demand Side Policy, Transparency & Open Data, and ICT & E-Gov. The research results showed that the implementation of smart governance in Pekon Sukanegeri Jaya was carried out well. However, there are still several things that need to be improved, namely active participation from the community. There are 4 factors that influence the implementation of smart governance in Pekon Sukanegeri Jaya, namely funding, social capital, networking and collaboration, and community participation.
