Colaborative Governance Kabupaten Gianyar Bersama KNPI dalam Mengidentifikasi Isu di Masa Pandemi

Abstrak

The Penta Helix model is a model of cooperation or collaboration between stakeholder actors that can be used for multi-stakeholder problem areas where stakeholders represent various interests in an issue or problem. This research aims to analyze the collaboration of the Gianyar Government and the KNPI Gianyar in identifying problem issues with the penta helix model. This study uses a literature review method with secondary data. This data collection technique is by means of tracing carried out in national to international journals in the period 2016-2021. Search for journal articles was carried out by two databases, namely Scopus and Google Scholar, using the Publih or Perish software. The data analysis technique uses keywords and the title of collaborative governance journal articles and Penta Helix uses visualization with the results using the VOSviewer software. The results of this study are the penta helix model as a solution to handling problems during the pandemic, a form of collaboration between the Gianyar Regency government and the KNPI Gianyar in planning, implementation and evaluation, open data as a form of identifying issues in Gianyar Regency. Thus, there is collaboration with the government and KNPI Gianyar as a form of the penta helix model in order to solve community issues that have been identified through open data related to the suppression of the Covid-19 virus.
