Abstrak

The governance of villages following the enactment of Law Number 6 of 2014 has implications for the readiness of village apparatuses in providing services and development at the village level, including both physical development and community development based on electronic government or smart government (government information technology). As the frontline in public service delivery, village governments are required to prepare the capabilities of village apparatuses in community-based service delivery and development planning to create self-sufficient villages by leveraging information technology. This study aims to determine the impact of smart governance implementation on public service aspects in Pekon Podomoro. This research employs interview and documentation techniques using Wibawa's impact evaluation model. The results show that, among the four aspects of impact evaluation theory according to Wibawa in Tahalea (2015), which include individual impact, organizational impact, community impact, and institutional and social system impact, one aspect is not significantly affected is individual impact. This is because not all individuals access services digitally. The barrier lies in the fact that many individuals are still unaware of the details of the program.
