Kebijakan Buruh Migran Indonesia Provisi Lampung Studi Pada tahap Pra-Penempatan

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of migrant worker protection policies in Lampung province and describe the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of Indonesian migrant worker protection policies in Lampung province. The data used in this study are secondary data taken from books, journals, and online articles related to the research theme. Primary data obtained through interviews and observations to the Lampung Provincial Manpower Office, BP2MI Lampung, and P3MI PT.Sukses Mandiri Utama Lampung. The approach used in this research is qualitative research. The results obtained from the research can be concluded that the Lampung Provincial Manpower Office as an implementing agency in implementing the migrant worker protection policy is categorized as running well and in accordance with the laws used regarding the protection of migrant workers, seen from the elements of implementation put forward by Merille S. Grindle (in Sopah Kusumawati, 2020). In policy implementation according to Grindle, there are elements that influence the success of a policy, namely the elements of Policy Content and Policy Environment, in the Policy Content element there are sub-elements that influence the policy, namely the interests that influence.
