Supervisi Manajerial Madrasah ibtidaiyah: Mencapai Kinerja Optimal Pengawas Madrasah

Supervision activities in education are important issues that must be addressed in developing and evaluating educational resources to make them better. In practice, supervision activities based on data have not been maximized. This study aimed to describe and analyze the managerial supervision activities of the supervisory work group of the Ministry of Religion of Magetan Regency in planning and fostering educational institutions, supporting and inhibiting factors, and efforts to overcome these problems. A qualitative research approach is used in this research. The research location is in the Supervisory Working Group of the Ministry of Religion, Magetan district. Data was obtained by qualitative methods, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses a triangulation model to get the expected conclusions. This can be seen from the efforts that have been made to maximize the existing supporting factors. Based on the results of the data presentation and discussion in this research, the researcher concludes that, first, the management of managerial supervision that has been carried out by the supervisors of the madrasah ibtidaiah in the area of the office of the Ministry of Religion, Magetan Regency, in general, has been going quite well, although there is still a need for improvements in the future. Second, with the discovery of obstacles and supporting factors in the management of managerial supervision of the madrasah ibtidaiah supervisors in the area of the office of the Ministry of Religion of Magetan district, corrective steps have been taken. Third, the solution to overcome the obstacles that occur in the managerial supervision of primary school supervisors in the Magetan district Ministry of Religion office area is quite good. This can be seen from the efforts that have been made to maximize the existing supporting factors.
