Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Karyawan dengan Menggunakan Employee Insight Survey: Studi Kasus

Masalah Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kepuasan Karyawan merupakan masalah yang penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Perusahaan harus membuat para karyawan merasa terlibat sehingga dapat meningkatkan gairah untuk bekerja. Kemampuan untuk dapat mengelola kepuasan karyawan merupakan hal yang diperhitungkan sebagai faktor utama dalam mengukur kekuatan sebuah perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan evaluasi kinerja perusahaan melalui pengukuran indeks kepuasan karyawan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tingkat kepuasan karyawan di PT XYZ terutama divisi Global Resource Industries Compliance. Data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan dari penyebaran Employee Insight Survey. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, diketahui bahwa nilai kepuasan karyawan adalah 87%, ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar karyawan merasa sangat puas dengan indikator-indikator yang dimiliki perusahaan. Kepada manajemen divisi Global Resource Industries Compliance, disarankan agar mereka mempertahankan praktik-praktik baik yang telah ada agar karyawan tetap puas dengan pekerjaannya, sehingga kinerja dan produktivitas mereka juga dapat dipertahankan, atau bahkan ditingkatkan.References
