Ketidakpercayaan Karyawan Sebuah Tantangan bagi Pemimpin Baru dalam Perubahan Organisasi

Abstract


Kompleksitas dan dinamisnya lingkungan bisnis di era disrupsi saat ini membuat organisasi berupaya untuk melakukan perubahan atau menyesuaikan operasi bisnis dengan mengimplementasikan berbagai strategi agar dapat beradaptasi dalam konteks perubahan. Menghadapi perubahan diharapkan sebagai pemimpin perlu membangun hubungan keakraban dan menciptakan adanya suatu kerja sama serta saling mempercayai karena kepercayaan akan berguna untuk menjalin hubungan baik antara pemimpin dengan anggota organisasi. Jika menurunnya kepercayaan terhadap pemimpin, terutama pemimpin baru dalam perubahan dapat memicu timbulnya ketidakpercayaan pada anggota yang berdampak pada gejolak yang akan terjadi di dalam organisasi dan hal ini berpotensi menjadi pengaruh tidak baik bagi mereka. Sayangnya, terdapat pemimpin yang tidak bisa melakukan hal tersebut, di mana perilakunya cenderung memberikan konsekuensi negatif diterima oleh karyawan dan meningkatkan ketidakpercayaan karyawan terhadap mereka. Fokus permasalahan artikel ini mengenai ketidakpercayaan karyawan sebuah tantangan pemimpin baru dalam perubahan organisasi dengan menggunakan metode literature review. Diharapkan hasil temuannya dapat mengetahui dan menjelaskan faktor yang mempengaruhi serta dampak ketika topik permasalahan ada dalam organisasi.
