Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan dan keamanan transaksi terhadap tingkat kepercayaan mahasiswa dalam penggunaan ShopeePay. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah kuantitatif dan populasi adalah mahasiswa di Himpunan Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi (HMPE) FEB UNY. Sampel ditentukan dengan cara saturasi sampel, di mana 52 responden yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian diperoleh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen, yaitu kemudahan penggunaan dan keamanan transaksi, serta variabel dependen, yaitu kepercayaan pada sistem pembayaran ShopeePay. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan dan keamanan transaksi memiliki pengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap kepercayaan mahasiswa pada layanan pembayaran ShopeePay. Ini berarti semakin mudah dan aman suatu sistem pembayaran digital, semakin tinggi kepercayaan pengguna.
