Authors who publish with Health Sciences Journal (HSJ) agree to the following terms:
1. Copyright and License
Authors retain copyright and grant Health Sciences Journal (HSJ) the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license permits others to share, adapt, and build upon the work for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and Health Sciences Journal (HSJ) is cited as the source of publication.
2. Author Rights
Authors are encouraged to disseminate their work online (e.g., via institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networking platforms) prior to and during the submission process. Such practices foster wider academic collaboration and may increase citation and visibility of published works. Authors may deposit any version of their manuscript (pre-print, post-print, or publisher’s PDF) with proper acknowledgment of its initial publication in Health Sciences Journal (HSJ).
3. Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA)
Before publication, authors are required to complete and sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) form. This document confirms that the submitted manuscript is original, unpublished elsewhere, and that all listed authors agree to transfer the publication rights to Health Sciences Journal (HSJ) for dissemination and indexing purposes.
