Bentuk Kerjasama Orang Tua dan Guru dalam Membentuk Karakter Religius dan Budi Pekerti (Studi Kasus di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Madiun)

Abstract


Adolescence is a period of searching for identity, therefore it is very important in instilling religious character and character because the quality of a nation is determined by both making the nation and state a dignified nation. This study aims to determine (1) Instilling the religious character of parents and teachers at SMPN 1 Madiun City, (2) The form of collaboration between parents and teachers in instilling the religious character and character of students in SMPN 1 Madiun City, (3) The results of the collaboration teachers and parents in instilling the religious character and character of students at SMPN 1 Madiun City. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The location of SMPN 1 Madiun city. Research subjects parents, teachers and students Research results: (1). Parents and teachers in inculcating the religious character and character of students at SMPN 1 Madiun City include the smile and greeting program (3S), dhuhur prayer in congregation, Friday prayer in congregation, Friday infaq, asmaul husnah, condolence money collection. , praying before and after studying and supported by the formation of religious character at home by making parents as role models in every behavior. (2) The form of cooperation between teachers and parents in shaping the religious character and character of students at SMPN 1 Madiun City which has been running PPDB meeting activities, correspondence, reception of report cards, home visits, school anniversary celebrations, committees, parest day, parenting day and support for religious character and character programs (3) The results of the collaboration of teachers and parents in shaping the religious character and character of students at SMPN 1 Madiun can be done through approaches including values planting approaches, cognitive moral approaches, value analysis approaches, clarification approaches Values are supported by parents who are happy to guide children so as to produce children with religious character and character because the family environment, school environment and community environment influence the formation of children's religious character and character. Based on the conclusion, the researcher provides suggestions: (1) Make religious character and character programs the main pillars in building excellent schools. (2) Improve religious character and character in the family and community environment. (3) Make religious character and character a habit routine in the family environment, school environment and community environment.
