Konsep Pendidikan Akhlak KH. Hasyim Asy’ari dan KH. Said Aqil Siradj dalam Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

Morals are very important for every human being. With good morals, it will make one's life easily accepted by others. Its existence also provides benefits to the people around him. The benefits provided are so many and there will be an environment of mutual respect and peace. Our country has inherited noble character from our predecessors. One of the great scholars who make morals as a role model is KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. He is one of the scholars who fight for good morals and build cohesiveness in the struggle. KH. Hasyim Asy'ari was able to unite the existing differences so that the fighters could become strong in fighting for independence. KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is the author's inspiration in moral education. He pioneered the Tebu Ireng Islamic boarding school which until now still produces the best graduates in carrying out the noble moral values of the founders of the Islamic boarding school. This made us excited to learn the moral concepts that he taught at the Islamic boarding school. We also juxtaposed the concept of moral education from the current chairman of PCNU, KH. Said Aqil Siradj, so that there are two references to the concept of moral learning from the era of struggle to millennials. This research is a literature study that examines the two figures by applying a comparison of the works that he has produced. There are differences between the two, especially in terms of inculcating tasamuh morals with fellow Muslims and with infidels.
