Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Perempuan dan Partisipasi Masyarakat terhadap Meningkatnya Kualitas Sekolah di SD/MI Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Ponorogo Tahun Pelajaran 2021-2022

Abstract


The Muhammadiyah schools that became the research background were MI Muhammadiyah 1 Simo Jenangan, MI Muhammadiyah 3 Ngunut, and SD Muhammadiyah 3 Bungkal. The three schools in the last three years had relatively increased number of students, activities led by teachers were increasing. The problems and objectives in this study are: Is there an influence of women's leadership and community participation on improving the quality of SD/MI Muhammadiyah schools in Ponorogo district for the 2021-2022 academic year?. This research is a quantitative research with a research sample of 30 teachers or students' guardians from three schools in the research location. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with fifteen questions for each variable. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. From the results of statistical calculations using multiple linear regression, it is known that Fcount is 40.89 with a significance level of 0.00. This shows that the probability < the tolerable level of significance (0.00 < 0.05), then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of this thesis research are that there is a significant positive effect of "Leadership Aspects of Female Principals and Aspects of Community Participation" together to increase "Quality of Education". From statistical calculations, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.87, which means that 87% of the variation in the increase in the quality of education can be explained by the two independent variables consisting of "Women's Leadership Aspects and Community Participation Aspects", while the remaining 23% of variations in Education Quality are influenced by by other variables not included in the research model.
