Abstract

The problems raised in this study are how to implement the values of Islamic Education and the extent to which takmir has succeeded in prospering the mosque, as well as knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in efforts to prosper the Darul Hikmah mosque. This research has several objectives, namely, to find out takmir or mosque administrators in implementing Islamic education at Darul Hikmah Mosque Jl. Host Cokroaminoto Ponorogo. As well as knowing the extent to which the success of Islamic education is carried out by takmir mosques in prospering and analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors for the prosperity of the Darul Hikmah Mosque Jl. Host Cokroaminoto Ponorogo. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. Primary data sources consist of the chairman of the mosque's ta'mir, mosque operational managers, mosque congregations and study worshipers, as well as local residents who are in the Darul Hikmah Ponorogo Mosque environment. The secondary data is mosque management data, TPA management data and facilities and infrastructure data. The research instrument consisted of several people related to this research and then developed with observation guides, interviews and documentation checks. While data processing techniques and data analysis through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the success of Islamic education in the prosperity of mosques can be measured by increasing the quantity and quality of congregations in worship. The implementation of Islamic educational values at the Darul Hikmah mosque is also going well. This indication shows that Islamic education and study activities at the Darul Hikmah Mosque are quite active. Educational and study activities that have been programmed and implemented have made the Darul Hikmah Ponorogo mosque more prosperous and progressive. So to realize the vision and mission of the Darul Hikmah mosque, the mosque takmir should continue to innovate in order to create a pilot mosque, especially in Ponorogo Regency. Although along the way there are several supporting factors that need to be maintained and developed, as well as inhibiting factors that must be found a solution. So that the goal of realizing an Islamic society that is truly in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith can be achieved.
