Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi, kompensasi perusahaan, dan kepuasan kerja, terhadap keinginan keluar pada perusahaan ritel di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi sesuai dengan informasi dan data yang ada. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para karyawan perusahaa ritel untuk mendapatkan informasi serta data yang diinginkan.
