Pemanfaatan Sumber Belajar dan Kreatifitas Mengajar Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo

Abstract


Teaching and learning activities are the most basic activities in the whole educational process. The success or failure of educational goals is very dependent on how to design and implement the teaching and learning process professionally. Sources of learning and creativity in teaching teachers are closely related to learning outcomes. Both have an influence on the understanding of students learning. “This study aims to analyze and find (1) the use of learning resources, (2) the creativity of teaching Islamic Religious Education teachers, and (3) the application of learning and teaching resources for Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving student learning outcomes at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis in this study uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is done through tests of data credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The use of learning resources at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo varies greatly, namely the main learning resources (Al-Qur'an & Hadith) and additional learning resources (teachers, textbooks, supporting religious books, articles) on the internet, magazines, newspapers, learning videos, mosques, libraries, etc.) (2) Teacher's teaching creativity in learning includes: creativity in learning planning, creativity in learning implementation, creativity in learning evaluation/assessment (3) Implications for using learning resources and teaching creativity PAI teachers on improving student learning outcomes are as follows: increasing understanding of the material being studied, fostering motivation and enthusiasm for learning in students, involving students in more meaningful learning experiences, increasing activeness, independence, and responsibility in learning, improving learning outcomes.
